Ways to contribute.

Opportunities depend on current programmes, available coordination and whether a proposed activity aligns with Pintop’s products, training or community priorities.

Guest speaking

Share practical experience through a focused session, panel, interview, workshop or question-and-answer conversation.

Mentoring

Provide structured guidance to an intern, learner or early-career contributor in an area where you have relevant practical experience.

Knowledge contribution

Propose an article, tutorial, technical explanation, case study, interview or other educational material relevant to Pintop’s audience.

Community activities

Support an approved learning, discussion or career-development activity with clear ownership, boundaries and coordination.

How contributions are structured.

A useful community activity should have a clear purpose, agreed expectations and appropriate protection for participants, clients, confidential information and Pintop’s name.

01

Clear scope

The topic, audience, format, timing, responsibilities and expected output are agreed before the activity begins.

02

Relevant experience

Contributors should have knowledge, experience or work that reasonably supports the subject on which they are contributing.

03

Respectful participation

Contributors should communicate professionally and avoid harassment, discrimination, harmful conduct or misleading claims.

04

Confidentiality

Client information, private discussions, credentials, internal documents and other confidential material must not be disclosed.

05

Brand permission

Pintop’s name, logo or representation may be used only for the agreed activity and in the approved form.

06

No employment assumption

Voluntary participation does not create employment, contracting, payment or future-opportunity entitlement unless separately agreed in writing.

What participation can provide.

The value of contributing depends on the activity. Recognition, publication, references, expenses or payment are never assumed and are confirmed separately where applicable.

Professional connection

Meet people involved in software, product, data, infrastructure, business operations and technology education.

Speaking and mentoring practice

Strengthen your ability to explain ideas, guide others and provide useful professional feedback.

Published work

Approved original material may be published with an agreed credit, biography or attribution.

Relevant recognition

Pintop may acknowledge meaningful contributions where appropriate and where the contributor has agreed to public recognition.

Shared learning

Contributors may gain new context from participants, other professionals and the practical questions raised during an activity.

Separate future opportunities

Where a paid project or employment opportunity later arises, it is assessed through a separate selection and written agreement.

From interest to an agreed activity.

Not every expression of interest will match an active need. Suitable proposals may be held for a later programme or discussed when a relevant opportunity becomes available.

01

Submit your interest

Explain who you are, the area in which you want to contribute and the type of activity you are proposing.

02

Relevance review

Pintop reviews the proposal against current programmes, audience needs, available coordination and the contributor’s background.

03

Introductory discussion

A suitable proposal may lead to a conversation about topic, format, expectations, timing, boundaries and available support.

04

Written confirmation

The activity proceeds after the agreed scope, schedule, responsibilities, permissions and any applicable terms are confirmed.

05

Delivery and review

The activity is completed, relevant materials are handled appropriately and both sides may provide feedback afterwards.

Tell us what you would like to contribute.

A focused proposal makes it easier to understand whether there is a suitable programme, audience or activity for your experience.
