Choose the wallet level for
your verification volume.

How MeVerify
wallet billing works.

Instead of locking every organisation into the same fixed monthly allowance, MeVerify lets you fund a wallet and use that balance against the verification services your operation actually needs.

01

Choose a wallet level

Select Startup, Professional, Scale, or speak with Pintop about an Ultimate arrangement. The selected level determines the minimum amount required to fund and activate the account.

02

Use the funded balance

Verification requests deduct from the available wallet balance according to the current rate for the service used. Different services may carry different charges.

03

Monitor and replenish

Authorised users can review wallet activity, request references, usage history, and available balance. Additional funding can be arranged as verification activity grows.

What determines the cost of
each verification?

MeVerify supports different verification categories and provider connections. The applicable request charge can vary depending on the service used and the commercial conditions surrounding it.

Verification type

Different identity, business, contact, address, document, or biometric verification services can have different underlying provider and processing costs.

Request outcome and provider policy

Charging rules may differ for completed, unavailable, failed, retried, or manually reviewed requests depending on the specific service and provider arrangement.

Volume and usage pattern

High-volume or predictable verification programmes may qualify for a different commercial arrangement following a review of expected request types and monthly activity.

Implementation and support scope

Specialised integrations, private environments, migration, customised workflows, dedicated support, or additional operational requirements may be priced separately from wallet usage.

Which level should
you choose?

The correct level depends on expected request volume, the workflows being protected, the number of products using MeVerify, and the level of technical and operational support required.

01

Choose Startup

You are validating the integration, introducing verification into one workflow, or operating with relatively modest and variable request volumes.

02

Choose Professional

Verification is already part of a recurring customer, lending, employee, partner, or platform workflow and your team needs a stronger production starting balance.

03

Choose Scale

Your organisation operates several verification-dependent workflows, has higher recurring activity, or needs stronger implementation and production coordination.

04

Discuss Ultimate

Your requirements involve enterprise volume, specialised integration, dedicated arrangements, custom support, or commercial terms that should be scoped directly with Pintop.

Pricing
questions.

Pintop can review your expected volume and intended workflow before recommending the most appropriate wallet level.

Is the minimum deposit a subscription fee?

No. It is the minimum amount used to fund the MeVerify wallet for the selected level. Supported verification requests are then charged against the available wallet balance.

Why are individual verification prices not listed here?

Supported services, provider costs, commercial arrangements, and endpoint availability can change. The current dashboard, quotation, or service agreement provides the applicable live rates.

Can we move to another wallet level later?

Yes. Pintop can review your current balance, usage pattern, expected request volume, and operational needs when moving to a higher commercial level.

Can several applications use one MeVerify account?

This may be supported subject to the account structure, credential design, environments, access controls, reporting needs, and agreed implementation scope.

Does MeVerify support API integration?

MeVerify is designed to support product integration as well as dashboard-led operations. The current authentication model, supported services, request fields, status handling, and environment access should be confirmed during onboarding.

Are specialised integrations included?

Standard account onboarding is separate from substantial custom development, unusual workflow requirements, private deployment, migration, or dedicated enterprise integration work.

How do we receive Ultimate pricing?

Contact Pintop with your expected monthly volume, required verification categories, integration model, support expectations, and desired timeline. The team will prepare an appropriate commercial arrangement.

Can Pintop help us design the verification workflow?

Yes. Pintop can help map when verification should occur, how results should be handled, which cases require review, and how the flow connects to your product or internal operation.
